If they constantly speak out and be constantly vocal, they’re accused of trying to gain publicity and being insincere. But if they’re being silent, they are being called out for not using their platform to raise awareness on these issues. If they anonymously donate w/o anyone knowing, people will call them out for not donating. If they acknowledged they donated, they get accused of making it all about them.
